About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team during a critical system transition period. This contract role offers the opportunity to work with leading ERP systems while supporting our organization's financial operations in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.
What You Will Work On

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute full lifecycle accounts payable processes from invoice receipt to payment
  • Process vendor invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports accurately and efficiently
  • Manage AP functions in both Sage 50 and Oracle NetSuite during system transition
  • Perform three-way matching (PO, invoice, receipt) to ensure accuracy
  • Handle vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate vendor master data and payment terms
  • Prepare and process payment runs including ACH, wire transfers, and checks
  • Assist with month-end closing activities and AP reporting
  • Support the transition from Sage 50 to Oracle NetSuite implementation
What You Will Bring

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of accounts payable experience with full-cycle AP processes
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite - essential requirement
  • Proficiency with Sage 50 or similar accounting software
  • Strong understanding of AP best practices and internal controls
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with ERP system transitions or implementations preferred

  • Familiarity with payment processing systems and banking procedures

  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.  
  • Pay Range: $38 (DOE)
